This 90 minute webinar offers a comprehensive overview of the common drugs used within our communities.

Explore the range of substances used, as well as the variety of methods of how they’re taken. Participants will learn the risks associated with various methods of intake and associated behaviors, as well as health related risks including HIV and Hepatitis. Learners will gain valuable insight on how to do a comprehensive, respectful assessment to effectively work with this population and tailor messaging that is meaningful and impactful to the client.

  • Explain the various methods of intake and their impact.
  • Identify health concerns associated with methods of intake, including their connection to HIV and Hepatitis.
