Florida Senate Proposes ADAP Bridge Funding Through June 30
The amendment would provide $30.9 million in bridge funding to keep Florida’s ADAP operating through June 30 and restore eligibility up to 400% FPL, with most patients receiving medications through a county health department direct-dispense system, while Biktarvy would remain unavailable in that program and Descovy would remain restricted.
