HIV & Comorbidities: Understanding the Intersection of HIV and Other Health Conditions

Dr. I. Monet Ouwinga “Dr. O”, M.D., AAHIVS is a board-certified Family Medicine physician and Program & Medical Director of Title X in Prince George’s County. She has held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Clinical Services, where she advanced patient care delivery, optimized outcomes, and implemented evidence-based protocols. A dedicated mentor and educator, Carolyn has precepted Nurse Practitioner students, trained clinical staff, and contributed to quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient access and satisfaction.
