REINFORCE Resource Guide

To ensure that healthcare professionals who treat, care for, and/or support PWH are aware of retention and re-engagement interventions, HealthHIV launched REINFORCE: An Initiative to Implement Individualized Strategies to RE-engage People with HIV IN Care Through WorkFORCE Response and Resiliency. This Resource Guide was developed throughout this year-long education, robust capacity building initiative supporting five healthcare organizations to increase their retention and re-engagement in HIV care rates. These sites, situated around the country, ranged from large multi-site hospitals and health centers to small community-based organizations. Because of this diversity, the resources in this document provide insight into HIV retention and re-engagement in a variety of settings and with a variety of populations.
