Senior Capacity Building Manager

The Senior Capacity Building Manager will provide training and capacity building assistance (CBA)/technical assistance (TA) to organizations and individuals reached through various HealthHIV programs. Organizations may include health centers, community- and faith-based organizations, health departments (state and local), and HIV, sexually transmitted infections (STIs), hepatitis C (HCV), and behavioral health service organizations. Learn more.

 

Capacity Building Manager

The Capacity Building Manager will manage HealthHIV programs that improve the programmatic, clinical, and administrative capacity of the organizations served by HealthHIV to sustain quality programs for individuals at-risk for or living HIV.   These organizations include Health Centers, community- and faith-based organizations, as well as health departments and HIV/AIDS service organizations. Capacity Building Coordinator

The Capacity Building (CB) Coordinator will support HealthHIV’s Capacity Building and Training Managers in the implementation of programs that provide training and targeted technical assistance (TA) that improves programmatic, clinical, and administrative capacity of organizations. These organizations may include health centers, community- and faith-based organizations, health departments (state and local), hospitals, and HIV, sexually transmitted infections (STIs), hepatitis C (HCV), and behavioral health service organizations. Communications Manager

The Communications Manager will manage and execute public relations, outreach and marketing activities for HealthHIV (HH) and the National Coalition for LGBT Health (Coalition). The Communications Manager is responsible for promoting, marketing, and publicizing HH’s work to its key audiences, which include HIV and health media (print, broadcast, and online), HIV and primary care organizations, the national HIV community, private sector leads, potential funders and supporters. The Communications Manager coordinates with HH’s and Coalition’s other program staff who have responsibility for developing the programming and core content disseminated by the communications team. Project Associate/Operations Support 

The Project Associate/Operations Associate works with staff at all levels to support planning, implementation, and development of HealthHIV operations and support programs. The Project Associate will handle a wide range of administrative tasks and will be able to work independently with minimal supervision. LGBT Health Intern

The LGBT Health Intern will provide the Coalition team with programmatic support, research and analysis, and writing and reporting related to the broad spectrum of LGBT programmatic efforts with consumers, advocates, healthcare providers, community-based organizations, and healthcare organizations. Education & Training Intern

The Education & Training Intern will support HealthHIV’s education and training efforts to consumers, healthcare providers, professionals and organizations providing services to people living with or at risk for HIV/AIDS. Programs include HealthHIV’s Fiscal Health program, Remaining Relevant in the New RealityTM training, PrEP medical education forums, and multiple online programs via HealthHIV’s learning platform.
