  • The study looked into the prevalence and risk factors associated with echocardiogram abnormalities among those who are older and living with HIV. It was concluded that echocardiogram findings were not that different between those with HIV and those without, though they did find higher rates of diastolic dysfunction and LV hypertrophy in those living with HIV.
